Building Confidence, Character, and Courage in Every Child

At Angel Force Foundation, we believe every child has a leader inside them - they just need the right tools, the right guidance, and the right people cheering them on. The Future Leaders Academy was created to help kids grow into confident, kind, and responsible young leaders who know how to stand up for themselves and others.

This program combines leadership skills, anti-bullying education, and real-life character development in a way that kids understand, enjoy, and remember. Our team of veteran mentors and trained instructors teach children how to communicate better, work as a team, handle conflict, and make positive choices in and out of school.

Why This Matters

Future Leaders Academy gives kids a safe space to grow, learn, and discover their strengths - guided by mentors who have lived lives of service, discipline, and purpose.

Our Instructors

Led by Joshua Yirkovsky, a decorated U.S. Navy veteran, certified Master Training Specialist (MTS), graduate of Northwest Florida State College’s Leadership Okaloosa program, and founder of Angel Force Foundation, along with inspiring guest speakers from the local community, these classes are more than just lessons - they’re a movement to build a stronger, more empowered generation.

Many of our instructors are veterans who have dedicated their lives to protecting others. Now they use their experience to teach children resilience, leadership, and strength in everyday life. Kids look up to them as role models who lead with honor and heart.
